Wheelie Waste Policy

Wheelie Waste's policy is to provide and continually improve the highest possible standard of waste management to its customers.

Our goal is to achieve this level of excellence in all areas in which we operate, including waste collection and disposal, health and safety, environment and our quality management system.

It is a requirement of employment that all staff shall strictly adhere to the company quality policy.


Quality Management

Quality is a key factor in the delivery of any service.
The focus of our organisation's quality drive is in meeting the needs of all parties, which impact or are influenced by Wheelie Waste operations.

As a privately owned company it is essential that we maintain quality at high levels.

We have been able to achieve this due to a high personal involvement of our director.

We recognise that to be a successful company, quality expectations must not only be met but where possible exceeded.
This attitude has been taken up by our employees.

It has been absolutely imperative that we achieve a high quality product in order to keep our current customers satisfied and look towards new market opportunities.

It is through our reputation of being able to consistently produce service levels well within specifications and to schedule, that we have been able to maintain our substantial market share.
